Yeolmu Mul Kimchi, a representative seasonal kimchi, is primarily produced and sold from around April to October. Made by grinding dried red pepper flakes, Yeolmu Mul Kimchi is seasoned with plum extract and grape sugar to create a sweet taste. It's then seasoned with a mixture of thousand-day aged salt and shrimp brine to achieve a deep and clean flavor.
